PET Imaging of OFC and Amgydala in Panic Disorder Patients

Principal Investigator: Dr. Monte Buchsbaum

Description of Study: The purpose of this study is to understand how the brain functions in panic disorder patients compared to nonpanickers using PET imaging. You will be given an evaluation to determine if you qualify for this study as well as a medical examination and blood tests for no charge. If you qualify, you will be offered cognitive behavior therapy for your panic disorder absolutely free.
