Hotel Information

The 29th ADAA Annual Conference will be held at the AAA four-diamond Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, located on the Santa Ana Pueblo between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. The special discounted conference rates are $185/night single or double occupancy; $210 triple occupancy; $235 quadruple occupancy, plus taxes. These rates — the same as in 2008 — are available for three days before and after the conference. There is no resort fee, but the hotel charges for Internet use. Self-parking is free.

The hotel has two outdoor heated swimming pools, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, horseback riding (fee), Twin Warriors 18-hole golf course, and Tamaya Mist Spa. ADAA guests receive a discount at the spa and golf course. Two restaurants are located onsite. The cut-off date is Feb. 19, 2009, and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. The discounted rate is not guaranteed after Feb. 19.
Please note hotel cancellation policy: The hotel will charge the equivalent of one night's room and tax unless cancellation notice is provided to the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
