Hotel Information

The 29th ADAA Annual Conference will be held at the AAA four-diamond Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, located on the Santa Ana Pueblo between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. The special discounted conference rates are $185/night single or double occupancy; $210 triple occupancy; $235 quadruple occupancy, plus taxes. These rates the same as in 2008 are available for three days before and after the conference. There is no resort fee, but the hotel charges for Internet use. Self-parking is free.

The hotel has two outdoor heated swimming pools, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, horseback riding (fee), Twin Warriors 18-hole golf course, and Tamaya Mist Spa. ADAA guests receive a discount at the spa and golf course. Two restaurants are located onsite. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the nearby highly acclaimed Prairie Star restaurant and Santa Ana Casino. Click here for more nearby restaurants and attractions.

The cut-off date is Feb. 19, 2009, and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. The discounted rate is not guaranteed after Feb. 19.
Please note hotel cancellation policy: The hotel will charge the equivalent of one night's room and tax unless cancellation notice is provided to the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
