REGISTRATION POLICIES

Everyone who attends the Annual Conference must be registered. All speakers and poster presenters must register for the conference to be able to present.

Full conference registration includes access to all conference sessions, including the Master Clinician sessions and the Scientific Research Symposium, New Research Poster Session and Case Presentations, exhibits, receptions, breaks, and continental breakfast on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. One-day registration fees are available on-site.

Students Students must include a letter from their educational institution to be eligible for the student rate.
Guests Guest fees are for nonprofessional adult family and guests and provide access only to non-ticketed meal functions and receptions where badges are necessary.
Children Except for ticketed events, there is no fee for children under 18.
Consumers If you are a consumer and wish to register, please contact ADAA at 1-800-922-8947. The consumer fee is for patients and their families, not for health professionals, faculty, or research staff.
CE/CME
Only professional attendees can receive CE/CME credits after paying the fee; those paying guest, student, or consumer fees cannot apply for CE/CME credits. Learn more about CE/CME.

Badges are required to access all sessions, meals, and events. This policy will be enforced.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of cancellation must be postmarked or received in writing by January 29, 2010. A $75 administrative fee will be charged for all refunds. Ticketed events cannot be cancelled. Due to the many costs associated with planning and organizing this conference, cancellations are not accepted for any reason (e.g. delayed or cancelled flights, weather, scheduling conflict, etc.) beginning January 30. Refunds will be issued after the conference.

TAX DEDUCTION
Registration fees, lodging, transportation, and meals may be tax deductible as educational expenses when attending continuing education seminars. Deductibility varies depending on your personal income tax situation. We recommend that you consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of these expenses.
