EXHIBITORS - 2009 CONFERENCE
Boost the power of your marketing message through many opportunities to meet and mingle with your target audience. The ADAA Annual Conference attracts nearly 700 psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, social workers, counselors, biological and psychosocial researchers, physicians, and nurses. Scheduled exhibit hours complement conference programming, and activities take place in the exhibit area.

• Receive a 10% discount on advertising in the Final Program, which all attendees use to plan their schedule. (Ad must be received by January 9, 2009.)
Location
The 29th Annual ADAA Conference will be held at the AAA four-diamond Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, located on the Santa Ana Pueblo between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Exhibitors and sponsors receive a discounted conference rate of $185/night. The Hyatt Regency is a 20-25 minute ride from the Albuquerque airport.

EXHIBIT BOOTHS
Reserve your space now! A limited number of spaces are available, and assignment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Deadline is December 19, 2008.
Exhibits must be staffed during stated exhibit hours. All exhibitor representatives are required to wear badges while in the exhibit area. Exhibit hours are tentative. We reserve the right to adjust exhibit hours as the conference develops. Additional staff must purchase conference registration at the appropriate fee.

For companies displaying products and/or services (pharmaceutical, publishing, technology)

Literature Display Table $150/per item displayed
For self-help groups and nonprofit organizations that cannot rent space but would like to distribute free brochures or other materials near the exhibit booths. ADAA reserves the right to restrict, reject, prohibit, or eject any literature, in whole or in part, that it deems inappropriate or incompatible with its mission. In the event literature is refused, no refunds will be provided.
