On behalf of the American Academy of Clinical Psychiatrists, we are pleased to welcome you to our 2021 Psychiatry Update Virtual Event. From December 7-11, 2021, this innovative CME/CE experience will take you on a unique learning journey, which begins when you enter the Virtual Conference Center. In this space, livestreamed sessions will present the latest education in psychiatry and discuss practical application of emerging advances into clinical care.
A team of nationally renowned faculty experts will engage you and your fellow learners in the live virtual sessions. Take a seat in the Live Theater, where audience interaction will be enhanced by polling and ample time for live Q&A. Also included in the agenda will be daily oral presentations on selected abstracts and “Ask the Expert” sessions, an interactive case-based discussion based on attendee case submissions.
All proceeds from the registration fees will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), a voluntary health organization that gives those affected by suicide a nationwide community empowered by research, education and advocacy to take action against this leading cause of death, and, the Anxiety and Depression Association of American (ADAA), the only multidisciplinary professional organization in mental health that engages the world’s leading experts who focus on anxiety, depression and co-occurring disorders.
