Join Us at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

The 2022 Anxiety and Depression Conference (March 17-20) will be held at the newly renovated Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel (1550 Court Place, Denver, CO 80202). We have secured a block of rooms for ADAA attendees at the special, reduced rate of $219.00 per night including internet service. Hotel reservations will open at a later date and we ask that you please refrain from making your reservation prior to that time. ADAA will provide the official link for the discounted room block to all registered attendees. Please use the ADAA link to make your reservation. The Sheraton is located on the popular 16th Street Pedestrian Mall offering access to some of the best attractions in Denver. The mile-long pedestrian promenade brims with shopping, dining, nightlife, and entertainment. Settle in for relaxing hotel amenities such as their 5,000-square-foot Sheraton Fitness center, on-site business services, and diverse dining options at Yard House. Learn more about the beauty and excitement of Denver.

Stay and Play

  • Enjoy a variety of shopping opportunities like the Tattered Cover - one of the nation's largest independent bookstores - or the Cherry Creek Shopping Center and Cherry Creek North located just a few miles from downtown.
  • Venture out to explore the Denver Art Museum of the Denver Zoo.
  • Looing for a bigger adventure, located just 1 hour outside of Denver, the Garden of the Gods is an unusual geologic formation of brilliant red rocks, located at the base of Pikes Peak.
  • Additionally, with Colorado being home to the Rocky Mountains, it's no surprise that the state boasts some of the world's best ski resorts, 12 of which are just a short (2 hours of less) drive from Denver.

ADAA Group Rates and Reservation Information

More information on hotel rates and reservations will be posted soon. ADAA attendees will only receive the conference rate by going through ADAA's custom reservation process. Attendees are discouraged from contacting the hotel directly at this time.

Why Stay at the Conference Hotel?

Join your fellow attendees at the conference hotel to gain the benefits of networking with colleagues, being on-site for sessions, and relaxing in an elegant property.

When you stay at the conference hotel, you are helping ADAA meet its contractual obligations for this meeting which in turn will keep registration fees low in the future. If our contracted housing obligations are not met, we pay substantial penalty fees to the hotel.

Booking within our block helps us to maintain our strong business value, which is critical to our negotiations with future cities and cost-containment efforts.

Denver Area Airport:

Denver International Airport is located approximately 25 miles from the Sheraton Denver Downtown hotel. It is the nation's fifth busiest airport and strives to be America's favorite connecting hub, where the Rocky Mountains meet the world.

The A Line Community Train rains from the airport to Denver's Union Station (located approximately 1.1 miles from the conference hotel) providing economical travel between the airport and downtown. Trains run every 15 minutes from 5:30 am to 6:30 pm and every 30 minutes at all other times with tickets costing $10.50 per day. Timing and fees are subject to change.

Several taxi companies also service the airport with a flat fee of approximately $56 for downtown service. Rates are subject to change by local managing authorities. Uber and Lyft are available for use as well.

For more information on various transportation options, visit the Parking-Transit webpage here.

Questions? Please Contact ADAA.

We are aware that outside entities not representing ADAA offer to register and book housing for attendees. The ADAA passkey site is the only official site for conference hotel booking. If you receive communication from any domain other than adaa.org offering to register or book housing on your behalf please contact ADAA to confirm authenticity.
