ADAA 2022 Conference Registration and Rates

ADAA requires proof of vaccination or a documented religious/medical exemption (with a negative COVID test) or a negative COVID test result from each conference participant (speaker, attendee, sponsor, staff, etc.) to attend all conference activities. I agree to provide required documentation in order to attend. I understand if appropriate documentation is not provided, I will not be permitted entry into the conference and no refund will be issued.

 

ADAA's annual conference offers an ALL-INCLUSIVE fee, including CE/CME credit for all professional level registrations, for the entire 4 day event. There are no add on or a la carte fees. Full access includes:

 

  • Admission to all sessions, posters, and conference activities 

  • New for 2022! All professional level registrations include CE/CME credit. More information on maximum number of credits will be available soon

  • Breakfast on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

  • Daily morning and afternoon refreshment breaks

  • Keynote Address and other special sessions (Ross Lecture, Scientific Research Symposium, Clinical Practice Symposium)

  • Welcome Reception on Thursday, March 17

  • Poster Hall and Awards Ceremony on Saturday, March 19

Registration Cancellation Insurance

ADAA is pleased to offer the opportunity for attendees to independently purchase registration insurance through the Registration Saver program offered by Next Wave. ADAA encourages all attendees to consider this option. The fee for registration insurance is 6 percent of the total registration fee.

 

Conference Hotel Information

The Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel serves as the official ADAA 2022 Annual Conference hotel. Located on the popular 16th Street Pedestrian Mall the Sheraton offers access to some of the best attractions the city has to offer and has just undergone an extensive $80M renovation. Enjoy amenities such as a business center, dining options, and fitness center on site.

More information on hotel rates and reservations will be posted soon.  ADAA attendees will only receive the conference rate by going through ADAA’s custom reservation process. Attendees are discouraged from contacting the hotel directly at this time.

Note: Airfares may increase in November/December due to ski season in Denver. Attendees are encouraged to register and plan their travel as early as possible to avoid any additional costs.

Group Registration

  • Group registration is available for four or more current ADAA professional members from the same practice or institution. Complete the Group Registration application and email to membership for approval. Once approved, individuals receive individual registration forms. Group registration ends March 2, 2022.

Registration Policies Overview

  1. Participation in the 2022 Anxiety and Depression Conference is limited to registered attendees. 
  2. All session and poster presenters must register.
  3. All participants must adhere to ADAA's anti-harassment policy. 
  4. ADAA is unable to offer military or government registration rates.
  5. Badges are required for all sessions and activities March 17 - 20, 2022.
  6. ADAA is pleased to be able to offer the opportunity for attendees to independently purchase registration insurance through the Registration Saver program offered by Next Wave. ADAA encourages all attendees to consider this option.  Attendees who purchase registration insurance and who must cancel their attendance will be prompted to process a claim through this program as their first refund step. Should the cancellation not qualify for reimbursement under the Next Wave insurance program and ADAA’s cancellation deadline has not past, ADAA’s traditional cancellation policy and administrative fees apply.  
  7. Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing to [email protected] by February 17, 2022(A $50 administrative fee will be charged for the Trainees, Postdocs, Residents, Students, Research Assistants and International Attendee Working in a Developing Country registration levels for cancellations. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for all other registration levels for cancellations.) Cancellations received after February 17, 2022 will not be accepted for any reason.
  8. Only registered professional attendees can receive CE or CME credits.

 

COVID-19 POLICIES:

ADAA is committed to following all CDC guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as state, local, and corporate (hotel) requirements to be mindful of the safety of attendees, partners, and staff. 

 

Any public space where other people are present may hold an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. By attending this event, I agree to voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure and agree to not hold ADAA or any of their affiliates including partners, sponsors, employees, volunteers, or sponsored venues liable for illness.

Attendees agree to take necessary precautions and following required guidelines while at the event including, but not limited to, engaging in appropriate social distance, wearing a mask in public areas when not consuming food or beverage (if required), minimizing face touching, frequently washing hands, and avoiding risk environments such as overcrowded restaurants. Attendees agree not to attend any ADAA event if they feel ill or had an exposure to a COVID-19 case within 14 days of the conference.  

 

Attendees acknowledge that due to the impact of COVID-19 that room capacities my be reduced due to social distancing and all sessions and events, unless pre-registered, are on a first-come, first-served basis. To maintain required space, attendees will not move chairs or adjust seating arrangements within conference spaces.
