Why Stay at the ADAA Conference Hotel?
Join your fellow attendees at the conference hotel to gain the benefits of networking with colleagues, being on-site for sessions, and relaxing in an elegant property.
When you stay at the conference hotel, you are helping ADAA meet its contractual obligations for the meeting which in turn will keep registration fees low in the future. If our contracted housing obligations are not met, we pay substantial penalty fees to the hotel.
Booking within our block helps us to maintain our strong business value, which is critical to our negotiations with future cities and with our cost-containment efforts.

ADAA has negotiated discounted hotel rooms for #ADAA2020 attendees. ADAA and the Marriott Rivercenter are the only parties involved in contracting the discounted group rates with hotels for this conference. Beware of pirate companies. These companies may contact you claiming they have rooms available for ADAA attendees. Reservations and deposits may not be secure when dealing with these unofficial companies. If you are approached by a pirate company or are offered a lower rate than the official ACNM rates, please notify email@example.com.
When attendees and exhibitors reserve rooms outside of our hotel blocks or through internet providers including Airbnb, ADAA is exposed to penalties for not fulfilling our room block commitments which could impact future registration fees for the meeting. Plus, those staying at outside hotels miss out on the fun (and information!), meeting communications via door drops, key cards, front desk and in-room TV announcements. Help ADAA make this conference a success! Remember to book early and please only use the official meeting hotel. Thank you!
