Amy Mariaskin, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist and founding director of the Nashville OCD and Anxiety Treatment Center in Brentwood, TN. She works with individuals with OCD, anxiety, and OC spectrum disorders across the lifespan, providing both individual and group treatment. She is passionate about working with children, families, and couples as well as serving individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. Dr. Mariaskin is the author of the forthcoming book Thriving in Relationships with OCD, available with New Harbinger Publications.
Sarah Zabel retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2018 as a major general and embarked on a new career as a science writer. She currently works from her home in Bayview, Idaho.

He earned his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology in 2012 from Howard University. He previously earned his master’s degree in 2005 from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Rachel Lippin-Foster is a clinical social worker at CBC, where she provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Rachel has received extensive training in applying these modalities to various presenting concerns, including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and mood disorders.
Dr. Stan D. Arkow is a Board-Certified psychiatrist working as Medical Director of CPEP & Inpatient Psychiatry at Columbia University Medical Center (CUMC). He has been on the faculty at Columbia University since 1981. Dr. Arkow maintains two private practice locations, one in Manhattan and the other in White Plains, New York.
For 19 years in a row, Dr. Arkow has been voted a Best Doctor in New York by Castle Connolly. In 2012, NY Magazine voted him a Best Doctor and he was Physician of the Year at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in 2008.
Zach Pacha, LISW, is the owner of The Anxiety and OCD Center of Iowa. He currently provides individualized therapy on a daily basis to clients, which he has been doing for over 15 years. His focus is using evidence-based therapies for all Anxiety and OCD-related disorders. In addition, he provides consultation to professionals, and training with groups and organizations.
