Kimberly Morrow is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice in Erie, Pennsylvania. Graduating from Memphis State University with a Master’s in Psychology and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Master’s in Social Work, Kimberly has been specializing in treating people with anxiety and OCD for over 25 years and teaching other professionals how to treat anxiety for over 15 years. Kimberly is a graduate of the International Obsessive Compulsive Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Institute. She is a board member of the Obsessive Compulsive Foundation of Western Pennsylvania and an active member of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, serving on many committees. Kimberly has developed training videos to help clinicians learn evidenced based treatment for anxiety and OCD, http://www.adaa.org/treating-anxiety-disorders-part-1-6-power-anxiety. She is the 2012 recipient of the Clinician Outreach Award and the 2015 Member of Distinction Award from the Anxiety and Depression Association of America. Robert Cuyler, PhD

Robert N. Cuyler, PhD is President of Clinical Psychology Consultants Ltd, LLP.   His consulting practice focuses on strategic planning and operations of healthcare organizations and practices. He provides consulting services in telemedicine, and his decade of telemedicine experience has included extensive activity in the clinical, public policy, finance, technical, and business development areas of the field. He is author (with Dutch Holland, PhD) of the book Implementing Telemedicine: Completing Projects on Target On Time On Budget.  He is active in the direct practice of clinical psychology and focuses on treating executives and professionals in crisis as well as services to individuals with panic disorder, chronic pain and headaches.  He serves as Clinical Advisor to Breakthrough Behavioral, a division of MDLIVE, and Clinical Advisor to Palo Alto Health Sciences, which provides the Freespira Breathing System for treatment of panic disorder. 

Dr. Cuyler previously served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of JSA Health LLC, a Houston, Texas based company providing specialty mental health services via telemedicine.  He co-authored (with Dr. Avrim Fishkind) the chapters Telepsychiatry and e-Mental Health in Handbook of Community Psychiatry and Telepsychiatry in Behavioral Emergencies: A Handbook for Emergency Physicians. 

Dr. Cuyler previously served as a Senior Vice President at Diamond Healthcare. He co-founded Heritage Health Services, a behavioral health management company, where he served as COO & Clinical Director until Heritage was acquired by Diamond. 

Dr. Cuyler received his Ph.D. in Psychology from Louisiana State University and Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the Menninger Foundation. His numerous public policy activities have included membership on the Texas Hospital Association’s Psychiatric Advisory Council, President and Board Member of the Association for Ambulatory Behavioral Healthcare, and member of the National Institute of Mental Health’s National Mental Health Leadership Council. Dr. Cuyler is a Life Science Advisor for Rice University’s Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship and a judge at the University’s annual Rice Business Plan Competition, where he originated and sponsors the competition’s Teen Judging Panel.

Helen Sobin

Ms. Helene Sobin is a highly accomplished marketing and business strategist. She draws upon over 20 years of experience working in the health care industry.  Ms. Sobin offers strategic practice building support for health care professionals, specializing in helping clinicians and physicians attract new clients and optimize their businesses.   With a keen understanding of the unique challenges in marketing mental health services, Ms. Sobin offers tailored solutions for personal branding, social media, website design, and business practices. Rebecca Sachs, PhD

Dr. Rebecca Sachs, PhD ABPP, is a clinical psychologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of individuals on the Autism spectrum who also experience difficult co-occurring disorders, such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and severe anxiety. Dr. Sachs is board certified in Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy and brings warmth, sensitivity, and a strong sense of humor to her work as a licensed clinical psychologist. As a member of Spectrum Services, Dr. Sachs maintains a private practice there in New York City. She was recognized as a rising star by the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), receiving their Career Development Leadership Program Award in 2015.  She received her Bachelor’s degree, and PhD from New York University and Hofstra University, respectively, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Miami.
