Kimberly Morrow, LCSW


Kimberly Morrow is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice in Erie, Pennsylvania. Graduating from Memphis State University with a Master’s in Psychology and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Master’s in Social Work, Kimberly has been specializing in treating people with anxiety and OCD for over 25 years and teaching other professionals how to treat anxiety for over 15 years. Kimberly is a graduate of the International Obsessive Compulsive Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Institute. She is a board member of the Obsessive Compulsive Foundation of Western Pennsylvania and an active member of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, serving on many committees. Kimberly has developed training videos to help clinicians learn evidenced based treatment for anxiety and OCD, She is the 2012 recipient of the Clinician Outreach Award and the 2015 Member of Distinction Award from the Anxiety and Depression Association of America. She is the author of Face It and Feel It: 10 Simple But Not Easy Ways to Live Well With Anxiety (2011).

Robert Cuyler, PhD


obert N. Cuyler, PhD, is the Chief Clinical Officer of Freespira, Inc., which offers Freespira, an innovative intervention for the treatment of panic disorder, panic attack and PTSD. He is the President of Clinical Psychology Consultants, LLP, his Houston, TX practice.

With more than 15 years activity in behavioral health telemedicine, he previously served as Chief Executive Officer of JSA Health Telepsychiatry as well as Clinical Advisor to MDLive/Breakthrough Behavioral and BrainCheck. His telemedicine activities have included implementation, reimbursement policy, practitioner training, technology choice, and business development. He is an author and presenter on telemedicine and technological innovations in behavioral health. He has co-authored one book and four book chapters on psychiatric telemedicine.

Dr. Cuyler provides psychological services in his Houston office, with a focus on treating panic conditions, depression, anxiety, chronic headache, and executive/professional health. He is services are also available via secure video-conference to clients in Texas.

Dr. Cuyler was Senior Vice President at Diamond Healthcare and co-founded Heritage Health Services, where he served as COO/Clinical Director until Heritage was acquired by Diamond.

Dr. Cuyler received his Ph.D. in Psychology from LSU and Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the Menninger Foundation. Organizational offices have included President of the Association for Ambulatory Behavioral Healthcare, Texas Hospital Association’s Psychiatric Advisory Council, and member of the NIMH’s National Mental Health Leadership Council. He is a judge at Rice University’s annual Rice Business Plan Competition.

Helen Sobin


Ms. Helene Sobin is a highly accomplished marketing and business strategist. She draws upon over 20 years of experience working in the health care industry.  Ms. Sobin offers strategic practice building support for health care professionals, specializing in helping clinicians and physicians attract new clients and optimize their businesses.   With a keen understanding of the unique challenges in marketing mental health services, Ms. Sobin offers tailored solutions for personal branding, social media, website design, and business practices. Ms. Sobin earned her MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and her BA from the University of Michigan. She shares her expertise at various conferences including the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) and the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT).

Rebecca Sachs, PhD


Dr. Rebecca Sachs, PhD ABPP, is a clinical psychologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of individuals on the Autism spectrum who also experience difficult co-occurring disorders, such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and severe anxiety. Dr. Sachs is board certified in Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy and brings warmth, sensitivity, and a strong sense of humor to her work as a licensed clinical psychologist. As a member of Spectrum Services, Dr. Sachs maintains a private practice there in New York City. She was recognized as a rising star by the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), receiving their Career Development Leadership Program Award in 2015.  She received her Bachelor’s degree, and PhD from New York University and Hofstra University, respectively, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Miami.
