Kathryn Boger, PhD, ABPP, is a board-certified child and adolescent clinical psychologist specializing in anxiety and OCD in youth. She co-developed the McLean Anxiety Mastery Program at McLean Hospital and served as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School. Most recently, she co-founded InStride Health to expand access to insurance-backed, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety and OCD. She is also the author of the children’s book Step by Step.
