While our intent is that advertisements appearing on our website and our newsletters may be helpful to our members, supporters and the public, under no circumstance shall ADAA’s acceptance of any advertisements be considered an endorsement of the product or service advertised or of the company that manufactures, distributes or promotes the product or service.

ADAA reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove any ads from ADAA.org at any time and for any or no reason. ADAA will provide prompt notice to the advertiser upon rejection, cancellation, or removal of any ad. ADAA also reserves the right to determine the appropriate placement of ads on ADAA.org.
