Alexis de la Rosa, LGPC, NCC, is a bilingual therapist and founder of Clarity Within Therapy in Maryland, where she specializes in women’s mental health during midlife, including anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationship dynamics, and life transitions such as caregiving, career changes, and perimenopause. She integrates evidence-based approaches—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness—to support emotional regulation and resilience. Drawing on her bicultural Mexican American perspective and prior experience in nonprofit leadership and school counseling, Alexis is committed to advancing culturally responsive care and bridging narratives around women’s health. She is a member of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), The Menopause Society, and the AEDP Institute.
