I started Comfrt to build something deeper than a clothing brand—I wanted to create a sense of belonging. From the very beginning, it was about connection, purpose, and making people feel truly seen and supported. Comfrt was born from the belief that when people feel emotionally safe and cared for, they thrive. Our mission has always been to deliver that feeling through everything we do— creating something so meaningful, you don’t just wear it, you live in it.

I launched Comfrt with $50,000 and three hoodie colors. We sent 30 of our favorite hoodies to our manufacturer—not to replicate, but to reinvent them. The goal was simple: to create the most comfortable hoodie in the world. From day one, the brand was driven by heart and anchored in three core pillars: storytelling that connects, unmatched product quality, and a community people genuinely want to be part of. When you get those three things right, you’re not just selling clothes—you’re building something people believe in.

But this wasn’t always the path I saw for myself. I dropped out of high school at 16 and went through one of the darkest seasons of my life. I battled depression and anxiety, and I know what it feels like to feel completely lost. After nearly a decade in e-commerce, I hit failure after failure—until I had my first real breakthrough with PurelyWHITE DELUXE, my oral care brand. Still, I held onto a stubborn kind of hope, a belief that I could create something that truly mattered. That mindset—resilient, passionate, and full of vision—is what carried me through.

Today, I’m surrounded by an incredible team and the most beautiful community, and I get to witness the impact of Comfrt every day. The joy, the encouragement, the sense of care and connection we bring into people’s lives—that’s what keeps me going.

That same purpose is why our partnership with the Anxiety & Depression Association of America (ADAA) means so much. ADAA is doing remarkable work in the mental health space, and their mission deeply aligns with ours. We care immensely about the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of our community—and we’re committed to using our platform to uplift, support, and show up for those who need it most.
