Frederick Aardema, PhD, is a clinical psychologist, researcher, and professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Addiction at the University of Montreal. Dr. Aardema has dedicated nearly three decades advancing the understanding and treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), pioneering innovative approaches to help individuals overcome the disorder.
