Christopher Weston is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and specializes in Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and anxiety. His professional experience extends far beyond the walls of his therapy practice as his expertise in Exposure and Response Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are born of both his lived experience as human in recovery from OCD and his training as a clinician. Christopher continues to stay current on developments in the field through his professional associations with the IOCDF and the Anxiety and Depression Association of America. Christopher’s advocacy work for the OCD community inspires him to speak openly and intimately about the recovery process, and his personal success in treatment is often a beacon of hope for those clients he serves.
