Heather Jones, PhD, is vice president of clinical services for the Rogers system. Dr. Jones rejoins Rogers Behavioral Health from Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, where she served as vice president of mental health, family, and children’s services. She was responsible for leading the transformation of family and children’s services, enhancing the co-occurring mental health service line, and oversaw day-to-day operations of the national outpatient mental health service line.
Previously, Dr. Jones served as executive director of clinical services for Rogers’ three Southeast Wisconsin campuses. She first joined Rogers in 2011 as an intern and was hired as a therapist for adolescents in OCD residential care. She subsequently held several leadership roles including director of clinical services in Oconomowoc, WI, overseeing inpatient care as well as providing clinical direction to Silver Lake Outpatient Center. Dr. Jones earned her doctorate in educational psychology with an emphasis in school psychology and a minor in clinical psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
