Jenni Schaefer is an internationally known speaker and bestselling author in the field of eating disorders.
Jenni has appeared on “Today,” “Dr. Oz,” and “Dr. Phil,” as well as in publications ranging from Cosmopolitan to The New York Times. Her books include Life Without Ed; Goodbye Ed, Hello Me; and Almost Anorexic, a collaboration with Harvard Medical School. She is currently at work on a book about PTSD, to be released in 2020. Jenni is a senior fellow with Meadows Behavioral Healthcare and an advocate for its specialty eating disorder program, The Meadows Ranch. Jenni is very active with the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA), serving as a NEDA Ambassador.
