Karla Pretorius, MA, PhD candidate is a neurodivergent psychotherapist (she was diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety in her 30s). Karla has specialized in the field of neurodiversity and anxiety for 20+ years and loves collaborating with her clients to find successful supportive techniques whilst providing a safe space for them to feel heard, understood, and validated. Karla includes behavioral strategies (CBT, DBT and ACT), in combination with mindfulness techniques and believes a positive feedback loop is crucial in all therapies.
