Dr. Robert Yeilding is a clinical psychologist and founder of YCBT Services, a private practice specializing in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with locations in Irvine and Long Beach, CA. Dr. Yeilding earned his Bachelor of Arts from UCLA, and went on to receive his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. He is a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, and he currently serves as a board member for the National Social Anxiety Center, which is dedicated to fostering evidence-based treatment for social anxiety.
Dr. Yeilding utilizes the scientific effectiveness of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as the wisdom and practice of mindfulness and compassion to help alleviate suffering. Dr. Yeilding specializes in helping adults and adolescents with mood and anxiety disorders, including Social Anxiety, Insomnia, Panic Disorder, OCD, relational difficulties, and managing and finding growth in life transitions.
