Steve Fletcher is the Career Planning and Development Consultant for Rogers Behavioral Health in Oconomowoc, WI. Joining the organization in 2018, his mission has been to help employees make well informed career planning decisions that will foster satisfying and long-term employment. In addition to a master’s degree in Adult Continuing Education from Carroll University, Waukesha, WI and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Bethel Theological Seminary in Arden Hills, MN, Steve has held ministerial ordination with the Christian & Missionary Alliance since 1987. The combination of thirty years of pastoral ministry experience and over a decade of work in career planning and workforce development has created unique opportunities to support individuals facing a variety of challenging life decisions. In addition to service with Rogers Behavioral Health, Rev. Fletcher serves as the Associate Teaching Pastor at Faith Bible Alliance Church in Neosho, WI.
