Dr. Tamar Gordon is the Founder and Clinical Director of the Gordon Therapy Group (www.gordontherapygroup.com) in New York. A graduate of Harvard University, St. John’s University, and the NYU Child Study Center’s Post-Doctoral Program, she is passionate about helping people with anxiety across the life-span, from childhood through adulthood. Since completing her PhD in 2005, she has taught and supervised graduate students in Clinical Psychology at Ferkauf Graduate School, NYU, and Columbia Teacher’s College, and consulted to the US Veteran’s Administration on the treatment of Complex PTSD. Her team of psychologists at the Gordon Therapy Group is committed to evidence-based practice, and helping both kids and adults overcome fears, worries, and OCD.
