Theresa is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in both Washington state and Pennsylvania. In addition to her advanced clinical practice coursework and training while attending Columbia University, Theresa has provided high intensity, evidence-based interventions to individuals since 2012. She founded Olympic OCD Services, a practice dedicated to helping OCD sufferers find relief and recovery. She also co-founded the OCD Lived Experience Collective. Theresa played an important role in the dissemination of I-CBT in the United States by creating one of the first and largest known weekly I-CBT support groups for clinical professionals and researchers. She has introduced ERP and I-CBT to dozens of clinicians and recognizes the importance of intersectionality and identity in her interactions with colleagues and clients. Theresa has received I-CBT training from Fred Aardema and is a BTTI graduate for both adults and pediatrics, and SPACE provider. She brings her expertise, energy, and enthusiasm to support clinicians treating OCD through individual training and consultation. Her lived experience and recovery from OCD offer a valued perspective."
