Dr. Deborah Ledley is a clinical psychologist in Philadelphia, specializing in anxiety disorders.
Dr. Ledley has published over 50 scientific papers and book chapters, as well as four academic books. Her book “Making Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Work,” is a best-seller in the field of clinical psychology, and is used as a textbook in many clinical psychology training programs in the US and Canada.
Dr. Ledley is the author of “Becoming a Calm Mom: How to Manage Stress and Enjoy the First Year of Motherhood,” and she is co-author of “The Worry Workbook for Kids: Helping Children to Overcome Anxiety and the Fear of Uncertainty.”
