Tips to help clinicians address the problems of running their clinical practice during the COVID-19 pandemic and help them improve how they manage the problems of helping patients maintain and build upon progress in treatment that is disrupted by public self-quarantine and lock down in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

1. Identify and have strategies to maintain business and clinical staff  posed by COVID-19 quarantine
2. Identify and have strategies for managing patient care disrupted by COVID-19

Karen Cassiday, PhD, ADAA Past President's areas of interest are anxiety disorders in children and teens, social anxiety disorder, treatment-refractory OCD, and working with children and teens who suffer from both developmental concerns and anxiety disorders. Her research has focused on information processing in posttraumatic stress disorder and cognitive-behavioral treatment of anxiety disorders in children, teens, and adults.

Karen Cassiday is an ADAA Clinical Fellow.
