The 2019 Anxiety and Depression Conference (March 28-31) will be held at the Sheraton Grand Chicago (301 E North Water St, Chicago, IL 60611) located in heart of downtown Chicago, IL. Indulge in the iconic shopping destinations the city has to offer and explore the Museum Campus, Navy Pier, and the Art Institute of Chicago, all within walking distance of the Sheraton Grand. Be sure to visit “The Bean” at Millennium Park. At the hotel, enjoy access to the fitness center, indoor pool, 5 in-house dining options, and jogging & bicycling along Lake Michigan.

The cut-off date for the ADAA Group Rate has passed. Please make your own reservation. Please refer to the Sheraton Grand website or call 312-464-1000.

We are aware that outside entities not representing ADAA offer to register and book housing for attendees. The ADAA passkey site is the only official site for conference hotel booking. If you receive communication from any domain other than adaa.org offering to register or book housing on your behalf please contact Gabby Oved at [email protected] to confirm authenticity.

Why Stay at the Conference Hotel?

Join your fellow attendees at the conference hotel to gain the benefits of networking with colleagues, being on-site for sessions, and relaxing in an elegant property.

When you stay at the conference hotel, you are helping ADAA meet its contractual obligations for this meeting which in turn turn will keep registration fees low in the future. If our contracted housing obligations are not met, we pay substantial penalty fees to the hotel.

Booking within our block helps us to maintain our strong business value, which is critical to our negotiations with future cities and cost-containment efforts.

Please note - if you prefer to book your room via phone, be sure to identify yourself as an ADAA attendee. For reservations please call 312-464-1000.

Chicago Area Airports:

Midway International Airport is located 10 miles from downtown Chicago and offers another convenient travel option for visitors.  It is the nation's premier point-to-point airport, offering value-oriented leisure and business travel to over 60 destinations.

O'Hare International Airport, located 17 miles from downtown, is one of the largest airports in the world. It is North America's major international gateway airport, servicing over 67 million passengers to and from over 200 destinations around the globe.

Both airports offer plentiful taxi service to downtown and the suburbs. Rates range from $40-50 from O'Hare, and $30-40 from Midway. Rates vary based on travel time and are subject to change.

The Chicago Transit Authority serves both airports for easy and economical travel between downtown and Chicago neighborhoods using the 'L' train. The 24-hour CTA Blue Line connects directly to O'Hare and the CTA Orange Line connects directly to Midway.
