Cannabis: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

The use of cannabis in the U.S. has undergone a dramatic change over the past two decades. Starting with the campaign to legalize the use of cannabis in the 90s, use, attitudes and risk perception have changed in both adolescent and adult population. In this presentation, four recent research publications will be reviewed that highlight a more cautious approach towards cannabis.
Building Resilience: How Families Can Prepare for the Uncertain School Year Ahead
The past year has posed hardships and caused losses that have affected everyone in different ways. Resilience is the ability to adapt when faced with such losses and challenges, bounce back, and move forward with optimism. Everyone is resilient to some degree, but it’s possible to strengthen your children’s resilience “muscles” – and your own – by exercising them.
