Dr. Ashley Smith is a licensed psychologist, professional speaker, author, and co-founder of Peak Mind: The Center for Psychological Strength. Since earning her PhD in 2007, she has become a sought-after specialist in the treatment of anxiety disorders and an outspoken advocate dedicated to changing the way we approach mental health and wellbeing.  Dr. Ashley is the author of The Way I See It: A Psychologist’s Guide to a Happier Life, and she publishes a monthly newsletter full of actionable insights on psychology, resilience, and happiness. Kimberley Quinlan, LMFT

Kimberley Quinlan is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has a private practice in Calabasas, CA specializing in Anxiety, OCD and related disorders, and Eating Disorders. Kimberley is also the founder of CBTschool.com, an online psycho-education platform that provides online courses for those with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors. She is the author of The Self-Compassion Workbook for OCD and the host of Your Anxiety Toolkit Podcast, a podcast aimed at providing mindfulness-based tools for anxiety, OCD, depression, and BFRBs.

Kimberley is known for her vibrant and mindful approach to mental health issues. In addition, she is an expert presenter and support group facilitator for various conferences such as the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) Conference, Trichotillomania Learning Center Conference, and Los Angeles County Psychological Association Eating Disorder Interest Group.
