**Accompanying Guest- This is a social guest (not a scientific colleague) that can attend social/meal functions with the registered attendee.  Guests cannot register for CE/CMEs. Accompanying Guests are also permitted in scientific sessions, as space permits.  An accompanying guest pass gives the social guest access to: the opening reception, breakfast on Friday-Sunday, and the Saturday evening Awards Celebration and Closing Reception.  

^TMonuments by Moonlight Tour- This is an optional, chartered tour of some of the most famous Washington, DC, monuments. Board an Old Town Trolley at 7 pm on Friday, April 14, for a 2.5-hour narrated tour that showcases the Capitol, Washington Monument, the Lincoln, Jefferson, and FDR memorials, and more. Seats are limited.   

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing  to [email protected] no later than February 9, 2023, to be eligible for a full refund, less administrative fees. For Trainees, Postdocs, Residents, Students, Research Assistants, and international attendees from developing countries, an administrative fee of $50 applies. For all other registrants, an administrative fee of $100 applies. After February 9, 2023, no refunds will be issued.
